Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages
- Analyze social media performance and generate reports
- Collaborate with the content team to develop social media strategies
- Research and identify new social media opportunities
- Manage multiple social media platforms effectively
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Ability to work 6-hour night shifts (9 PM - 3 AM Bangladesh Time)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available for at least 3-6 months commitment
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of content creation and copywriting
- Understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Basic design skills for creating engaging visual content
